I am a total eyeliner freak and Gel eyeliner is what I use on my eyes everyday,and occasionally I use Liquid and Pencil/Kohl on my waterline,The thing that really gets on my nerves is that I have extremely oily eyelids that builds up during they day and what happens is that the gel eyeliner starts to smudge because its obviously soluble in oil,it obviously doesn't look appealing and makes my eye look panda-eyed.I tried googling some tips for avoiding smudged eyeliner and all they say is add a base/primer to the eyelid to absorb the oil but that makes my eyelid even more oily and also creases,So what I experimented and found out that after I apply the eyeliner if I trace the eyeliner using a translucent powder or a Black coloured eyeshadow( Depending on the eyeliner colour) it actually makes my eyeliner settle down well which basically prevent the eyeliner from budging.. which I found was the most easiest and cost-efficient way of being smudge-free since I have alot of eyeshadows,So gives this tip a go and it may just work for you too.
